國立中正大學後殖民研究中心設置要點 Policy

第一條

 

One

有鑒於資訊多元,外來文化傳播之普遍化下,為使台灣文化更源遠流長及傳承,本校文學院外文所及台文所設置後殖民研究中心(以下簡稱本中心),主要欲從事後殖民文化的相關研究:離散、斷裂、創傷、認同議題以及培育台灣文化社區推廣種子人力。以落實及推動後殖民教育工作,並建立完善後殖民教育企劃與推動機制。

In light of the diversities of information and the influence and generalization of foreign cultures, the Department of Foreign Languages and Literature and the Institute of Taiwanese Literature established Postcolonial Research Center under the purpose of preserving and passing down Taiwanese culture to the next generations. The main task is to study postcolonial culture such as: Diaspora, disjunction, trauma, and cultivate human resources on promoting Taiwanese culture community; to implement and promote postcolonial education as well as to complete plans on postcolonial education and promoting system.

本中心主要職掌如下:
(一)扮演企劃總部的角色,研發後殖民教育課程與教材;
(二)辦理台灣文化社區及推廣種子培訓;
(三)進行後殖民文學、教育與本土文化關係之研究;
(四)發展台灣文化學習與研究模式;
(五)建置長期資料庫,發揮資源整合平台的功能;
(六)輔導其他地區後殖民教育中心之設置;
(七)建立合作研究網絡,提供資源與諮詢服務;
(八)建置台灣地區後殖民研究網站,以傳承台灣文化;
(九)持續培訓專業人才,進行成效評估。

The main tasks of the research center are as the followings:

1. Act as headquarters, designs postcolonial curriculum and teaching materials.
2. Develop Taiwanese culture community and train human resource of promotion.
3. Research on postcolonial literature, education, and Taiwanese culture relations.
4. Develop Taiwanese culture learning and researching models.
5.Establish long-term data base and resources integration platform.
6.Assist the establishment of postcolonial research center in other places.
7.Establish cooperative research network and provide resources and consultation.
8.Establish Taiwan postcolonial research website in order to pass down Taiwanese culture.
9.Continue to train professionals and evaluate the achievements.

Three

本中心設置主任一人,綜理中心業務,經研發長簽請校長聘(兼)任之。

The center has a chair who is in charge of all affairs and is hired by the president after approved by the chair of Office of Research and Development.

   

第四條

 

Four

本中心設置主任一人,綜理中心業務,並規劃研究計畫組,其基本成員為文學院教師,並得邀請其他機構之決策、研究或諮詢人員參與。另因業務需要,得設置工作小組與顧問群,並得因專案計畫進用短期研究、教學或技術人員。

The center has a chair who is charge of all affairs and organizes research project teams. The basic members are professors from the College of Humanities and is required to invite decision from other organization, researcher, or consultants. Besides, with the needs from affairs, it is required to establish a team or consultants and hires short-term researchers, teachers, or technicians for any projects.

本中心經費來源如下:
(一)開辦補助經費;
(二)政府補助研究;
(三)政府、公私立機構或個人委託補助研究、課程製作之收入;
(四)對外提供諮詢、授課或其他服務之收費;
(五)指定捐款。

1. Research grants from the government
2. The government, public or private organizations, or personal commissioned research or designing curricula.
3.Consultations, giving classes, or others.
4. Donation

   

第六條

Six

本中心費用之支用,依本校相關規定辦理。本中心對各界捐款之支用,除依相關規定辦理外,並由本中心定期公告之。

The center’s expenditures follow the rules of the university. Expenditures on donations will also be announced.

   

第七條

Seven

本要點經研究發展處研究中心審議小組會議通過,陳請校長核定後實施,修正時亦同。

The policies are being approved by the review group of Office of Research and Development and are being implemented after ratified by the president. Policy modification follows the same procedure.
